Tir Mynydd Islaw'r Ffordd is a plot of land approximately 64 acres. It consists of gently sloping rough grazing land with stony out-crops and clumps of gorse. The property can only be accessed with a 4x4 vehicle over neighbouring property.
Traditional dry stone walls surround the land and a rudimentary sheep pen can be found in the South-West corner of the field. The Ysgethin River runs along the lower boundary of the property.
