We were able to leave our keys with the maintenance man while we were away and he would look after it and visit at least once a week to ensure that all was well and brought up any post in the apartment. With only 16 flats in the house, we got to know all the neighbours and we found them very helpful and friendly and there was never any noise except the dawn chorus provided by the birds. You will often see lovely Pheasants walking around as well as hooting of the owls in the evening. The Foxes are occasionally seen around the grounds, probably stalking plentiful rabbits.
