There are 27 offices ranging in size from 1 to 15 persons and offices are provided to rent on monthly licence terms regarded as "Easy In Easy Out" which allow you to expand as your business grows. The offices are modern and well maintained and provided furnished, with telephones as required and ultra high speed internet.

All 27 offices are modern and refurbished, and available fully furnished. Air conditioning is available. All residents can utilise the central Brinkworth House reception allowing for dedicated bespoke telephone answering until 11pm on weekdays and 6pm at weekends.

Other services on offer include secretarial and it support, meeting rooms available for hire by the hour, and reception can arrange catering and any other office requirements.

Brinkworth House has a glass lift providing access to the second floor of the offices and with a glass roof on top of the new extension; our offices have
plenty of natural daylight.

Each office is independently alarmed, access is available 7 days a week 24 hours a day, and we have CCTV to provide additional security to our residents within the grounds.

Offices are available to rent on a monthly rolling notice, thereby allowing companies to take advantage of our flexible terms when expanding or contracting the size of their organisation. With business conditions being uncertain, the advantage of being able to expand or contract in size without incurring significant financial commitment is an attractive option.

situation Brinkworth is reputed to be the 'longest village in England' and is located between Malmesbury and Royal Wootton Basset. The village has an excellent primary school and public house as well as parish church and village hall. The Three Crowns Pub conveniently runs a little shop selling essentials. A village market happens every two weeks, and the local dairy delivers milk on a weekly basis along with its cheese, cream and other produce it sells. A strong community spirit provides many village events activities throughout the year whilst Malmesbury and Royal Wootton Bassett provide a wide range of facilities, schools and recreational facilities. Junction 16 of the M4 is very convenient being only 6 miles away whilst there is easy commuter access to Bath, Bristol, Swindon and Cirencester. There are regular mainline services from Swindon, Kemble and Chippenham to London Paddington taking just over 60 minutes.
