Directions
Head out of Exeter on Topsham Road towards the Countess Wear roundabout. At the roundabout take the third exit onto Bridge Road and then head straight across the next roundabout. Follow signs towards A38 and as you join this, come off the dual carriageway signposted Kennford. Carry on this road where it bears around to the right. The property is on the left before Gissons (EX6 7UD).
