Each lodge purchased is granted a 100 year License to occupy the site. The annual pitch fee is in the region of £3,350 index linked to RPI and Local authority charge around £410, however both of these subject to change and will be confirmed upon inspection. The annual estimated gas and electric charges are £600 with water included within your pitch fee. These Lodges are purchased outright, finance is available but not in the form of a residential mortgage. These properties are not residential and are restricted to second home/holiday home use. Holiday Lets As an owner you have the choice to allow your Lodge to be let, this can be done through the marina services or holiday let websites of your choosing.
