OWNERS INSIGHT: 'When we first saw our home 12 years ago, we were taken in by the feeling of privacy and seclusion. We also loved the fact that all the rooms felt spacious and light. Our garden is now fully matured and we enjoy pottering around, keeping it looking its best. The location of the bungalow is ideal for walks on Dartmoor and close proximity to the local shops. There is a good bus route if you decide to leave the car behind for the day. We find the access to our favourite places, spanning along the coast from East Devon to Plymouth so easy for special days out. Sadly, we now have to leave our home and move nearer our daughter, but if we could pick it up and move it there, that is what we would like to do.'
