The main community of Llangolman is some ½ mile distant and is a collection of dwellings. Directions:
From the A478 Cardigan - Crymych road at Glandy Cross, take the turning for Maenclochog. Carry on to a give way and turn right. Follow the road and cross over Pont Hywel Bridge. Go up the hill and bear right on the fork for Rhosfach/Maenclochog. Continue on this road for approx. 1 mile and approx. 200 yards before Rhosfach Crossroads you will see the double gated entrance to Plashoodig on your left, with the Dai Lewis for sale sign erected.

Lean-to connecting with 75’ x 18’ Dutch Barn used as feeding area and further 70’ x 28’ lean-to feeding area with concrete trough. 45’ x 21’ Creep Feeding Area with straw loft area above. Open Silage Clamp 90’ x 30’ with tipping ramp on one end. Aged corrugated iron clad Machinery Shed located between the Cattle Housing Areas and Silage Clamp. All cattle feeding areas have grooved concrete surfaces for anti-slip. Set opposite the yard is a 3 phase electric supply pole and subject to consents, this supply could be connected to the yard.

The land is arranged around the Homestead on three aspects, with one field due east of the yard, but the balance lying due north and west, with several fields interlinking with each other and a further three having district road frontage. A hardcore entrance track goes down the eastern aspects of os No 6796 & 6774 and continues in an easterly direction across the southern aspects of os No 7769 & 8763 to reach the Homestead. The southern boundary of the block of land, bounds with Llangolman Common. The private water supply is sourced via a well in os No 6774, which feeds the Homestead on a mainly seasonal basis, but a mains metered supply acts as a back up and feeds several strategically placed tanks on the land.
