Croxton Kerrial is a village in the Melton borough of Leicestershire approximately 7 miles from the market town of Melton Mowbray and 6 miles south-west of Grantham. A local landmark is the Croxton water spout, part of an old water system sourced from a local spring. The village has a public house called The Geese and Fountain, a traditional Inn serving locally produced food and drink, a Church of England Primary School and the Anglican Church is dedicated to both St Botolph and John the Baptist.
