i'm Liv - sadly i'm leaving this property to buy my own place. The housemates I live with are brilliant. This is genuinely a good find if you want to live with friendly, reasonable people in a really nice sized house and room. It is set inside a modern style mews, which means it's super quiet and super secure with vehicular gates to enter and a keypad.

The house is on 3 stories and has 3 bedrooms. The room available is on it's own floor, 1st floor up - whilst the other two are on the top floor. The room available has the large bathroom next door to it which is shared with one other housemate. The house is cosy, and warm and has a good sized living area where the guys watch TV or chat, and a nice kitchen to cook in.

There is a ridiculous amount of kitchen storage space for each housemate and the bathroom too is nice and spacious with a good shower and bath.

It is 5 mins walk from Kilburn Park tube station on the Bakerloo line, or a 15 bus to Marble Arch. It's super easy to get about the main areas of London from.

The room has what i can best describe as a side room, like a walk-in wardrobe, so loads of space round there to store all of your things, or even to set up a desk. The bedroom area comes with the bed shown in pictures but the tables/shelves will be taken or I can sell some to you.

It has french windows which allow lots of light in, but good blinds to block it out at night. You can set up your own window flower arrangement outside of the french windows.

There is one parking space available in the courtyard. This space needs to be agreed between all 3 housemates..

This mews house is warm and inviting with plenty of space for the 3 occupants and is in great condition.

Parade of shops is literally round the corner (30 second walk) as well as 3 gyms, a dry cleaners, off license, a Sainbury's and Tesco and an international supermarket. Kilburn Park tube is 5 minutes' walk.

About the other housemates

There's Joanna (26) and Viki (30) - both hard-working girls who are friendly, funny, fun and light hearted to talk to. Joanna is a teacher and Viki works in retail and studies on the subject of Finance. They would welcome in anyone who is also friendly, open, reasonable and relatively tidy.

Bills are not included in rent. As an estimate, bills include gas and electricity (around £25 a month each), internet (£6 a month each), council tax (around £272 every quarter) and cleaners currently come 2x a month (£23 each a month). Bills are equal responsible so be prepared to be asked to have some in your name or a discussion about who organises which bill.
