Boundaries & New Access

The purchaser will install post and wire fences between points a-b-c and points d-e on the sale plan to the vendor's specification within three months of completion.

The vendor will reserve a right of access over approximate route marked with a blue line on the plan. The right of access will be 24ft wide. The purchaser will install gates at each end of access-way in the new fence to the vendor's specification within three months of completion. This right of access will be extinguished if the purchaser obtains planning permission for and constructs a new field access for the vendor on their retained land at point 'X' on the plan.
