Iron Gate studios comprise of 12 exceptional studio's that were brand new last year.

Situated a stone's throw from the city centre, these studios are close to all the best bars and restaurants. Opposite the property are great amenities like bear, Pizza Express, Slug and Lettuce and Nando's, these are just a few of the great places right next to our studios!

The studios are just a quick 6-minute walk to the University of Derby and an 15-20 minute walk or 10-15 minute bus journey from all of the three main campus locations. This would make it an ideal location for any student that wants to be close to the University and the night life!
