The site itself adjoins existing residential properties on its northern and western boundary and is accessed via a hard standing driveway, which currently gives access to Honeypot Farm Bungalow (located to the east). The site currently forms part of a hard standing area, with two storage units in situ, (which will need to be demolished by the new purchaser).
