The Vendor's View

The location of Cornwall Gardens was the first attraction to the property for us, as a non-driver it was ideal for all the amenities we needed as a family with three young children. Everything is on the doorstep and the local transport is excellent. We love spending time outdoors, so having the beach at the end of the road is amazing, the children love the tidal pool at Walpole Bay and we have made some wonderful friends in the road.
We describe our home as a Tardis as it just keeps going on and on. We have renovated throughout to a high standard, incorporating the ornate period features. It has been a perfect home for our growing family, the rooms are versatile – we have had additional playrooms for the children, a gym and independent spaces. All of the bedrooms are generously-sized. The top floor has a completely separate feel, it has been fully modernised with an en-suite, walk-in wardrobe and a Velux window.
This has been a perfect home to entertain and we have really made the most of living here. The south-facing garden is a real suntrap, we have the sunshine until it is gone and we have actually had to figure out how to add some shade! The side access is great, the children have enjoyed pony parties for birthdays, while they have play areas too.
If we could pick our house up and go, we would, as we absolutely love it, but we are making a family move to Scotland.
