I`d buy one of these if only for the under croft parking but some would say that shows how shallow I am, I would say no it`s just a really cool feature and one that would normally mean spending way more than this!

The Gated entrance sets the scene well but then looking at the elevation again says quality in my opinion but may not be to everyone`s taste I guess. The entrance lobby is quite simplistic and creates the modern feel you would hope for and this theme continues throughout ..... And there`s a lift.
