East Midlands and Stansted airports are both within reach in around 75 minutes.

Many noteworthy public schools are easily reachable and these include Oakham, Uppingham, Oundle and the Stamford Endowed Schools; as well as Witham Hall and Brooke Priory preparatory schools.

There are several outstanding golf courses within a five-mile radius, of which the closest and most distinguished is Luffenham Heath Golf Club some 4 miles away. Rutland Polo Club is 10 miles away and Burghley House is located in Stamford, which is home to Burghley Pony Club and the popular annual equestrian event Burghley Horse Trials.

Directions
From Stamford take the A6121 to Tinwell. As you drop down the hill into the village The Limes can be found on your left hand side just before All Saints Church, which is on your left.
