Please note the development must begin before the expiration of three years from the date of the planning permission, i.e. 30 April 2023.

Access and rights of way Access to the dwelling is via a shared driveway. A right of way is to be granted in favour of the owner of the proposed dwelling, as highlighted in green on the site plan.

The owner of the proposed dwelling will be responsible for a contribution towards the maintenance and repair of the right of way.
