From the North, South and East, once on the A985, east of the M90, continue west on the A985 for approximately 2.5 miles before turning right on to the minor road to Pattiesmuir. Follow this road for approximately 150m, following the road to the right and then continuing for a further 250m, reaching the plots in the heart of the village.


From the West, South West and North West, once over the Kincardine Bridge, follow the A985 for approximately 11.5 miles before turning left on to the minor road to Pattiesmuir. Follow this road for approximately 150m, following the road to the right and then continuing for a further 250m, reaching the plots in the heart of the village.
