We had almost decided to buy this cottage before we even viewed it. The location was perfect as it is "pin drop" quiet here and so close to the beach. The previous owner had lived here for 30 years and the owners of the other cottages never seem to move either. We felt really lucky that this had come onto the market and that we had the opportunity to buy it.

We have put in an open fire which has made the winters really cozy. We love to walk to Minnis Bay and then on towards Reculver until all the cobwebs lift!

Minnis Bay has a wonderful old fashioned family feel to it and seeing the happy faces of young children playing is a joy.
