I heard that Ingress Park was a great area to live and as soon as I saw the flat for the first time I wanted it straight away, due to the amount of space it offered and the chance to live in Ingress Park. Having viewed a few different ones I instantly noticed the difference with mine being considerably lighter inside due to the big windows and a large front room.
