“We originally purchased the property in 2003. At the time it was completely derelict and going to rack and ruin so it was a real ‘labour of love' to spend the next three to four years completely renovating the house from top to bottom including a new roof and the extension with the double garage. We are extremely proud of the results of our hard work and hope that new owners will be able to enjoy everything we have done over the years to create this delightful family home. Although the house is in a rural environment it is not far from Adisham village which includes a primary school that is rated Outstanding by Ofsted and a railway station as well as a livery stables for anyone interested in horses. We are also only a short distance from the medieval village of Wingham with its highly rated Dog Inn and the Anchor pub as well as a convenience store, surgery and dentist and the Wingham Country Market while we are virtually next door to the excellent Gibsons farm shop where you can buy exclusive local produce as well as daily essentials.
