"Percy Cottage was the first property built on Percy Road and my first home that I lovingly renovated and has been my oasis ever since.

The nearby Epping Forest is an extension of that, as I love to go running and walking there through the never ending trails that go by, ponds, open spaces and woodland. I love to see something different every time.

My upstairs neighbours are a friendly elderly couple, and the vibe of the street and local community really shone during lockdown.
