**Vendors Comments** "We originally purchased our family home in 1998 and all three of our children have grown up here.
We started our original property search requiring a four bedroom house and viewed so many properties where the bedrooms felt squashed in. We purchased our property on Beech Grove as the 4th bedroom is a good size and schools, both primary and secondary, are within walking distance.
As well as an abundance of local shops, there are plenty of amenities including; a library, community centre and post office. There are also a number of doctor’s surgeries and three main local hospitals.
We are fortunate enough to have a nice park nearby and Mitcham Common is literally at the end of our road, where we have made many happy memories.
Transport access is good with buses to Croydon, Streatham (for main line train stations), Colliers Wood (for the Northern Line tube) and Raynes Park. We have access to the Tram and Eastfields main line station is within walking distance; taking you to Balham for the London Underground or onto main line stations at either London Bridge or Victoria.
We have now taken the decision to move onto pastures new as our children are all grown up and have left home. The house is now just too big for the two of us.
We will be sorry to leave Beech Grove as it is a nice road and we have lovely neighbours. We have been very happy here and hope we will be as lucky in our new venture."
