Description

Directions

Directions From Fishguard, take the Main A40 Road South for some 3.5 miles passing the turning on the left signposted “The Valley Trecwn” and a third of a mile or so further on, take the first turning on the right towards Mathry Road. Continue on this road for approximately half a mile and upon reaching the “T” junction with the Letterston to Mathry Road, turn right. Continue on this road for 1.5 miles or so passing through the village of Castlemorris and a third of a mile or so further on, take the first turning on the left. Continue on this road for a few hundred yards and take the first turning on the right into Llwyn-y-Gorras. A hard surfaced track of approximately 400 yards or so leads into the Property.

Alternatively from Haverfordwest, take the Main A40 Road North for some 10 miles and in the village of Letterston, take the turning on the left at the crossroads, signposted Mathry and St Davids. Continue on this road for 2 miles or so passing through the village of Castlemorris and a third of a mile or so further on, take the turning on the left. Continue on this road for a few hundred yards and take the first turning on the right into Llwyn-y-Gorras. A hardsurfaced track of approximately 400 yards or so leads into the Property. Llwyn-y-Gorras Farmhouse is the first property on the right.

There are no services connected to the Property, although we understand that Mains Water and Electricity are available in the vicinity of the adjacent cottages at Llwyn-y-Gorras.

Rights Of Ways
