*** Vendor's comments*** "i've lived here for three years, honestly I didn't think I would stay past two years but the time has flown by and it really feels like home. It's such a unique flat, whenever people visit for the first time they always comment on how nice it is and not like every other flat.

My favourite thing about it are the high ceilings, again something you don't see in one bed flats. The home so light and airy, but it never gets cold. I love telling people it's a converted pub, built in the late 1800s, it has such a lot of character in the building and the flat itself. I love the fact it is not a boring cube!

The neighbours are lovely too, there's only five flats in the building so it feels very communal and safe and we all look out for each other.

I've not had to do much to the flat, i've painted a couple of walls but otherwise not felt i've needed to improve as it was only converted in 2011 so still feels new.

Having the courtyard has been wonderful, especially in the last few months! It's very private and in the summer gets a good amount of sun for those late afternoon drinks, or just for sitting with a good book and listening to the birds, I love it and will miss it a lot. I am only thinking about moving now to get a two bed, otherwise I could happily stay longer.

The flat is very well placed for transport, there are very regular buses to central Croydon, East/West Croydon stations, or like me you can get a bus all the way to Brixton and the Victoria line. Central Croydon is also walkable in about 20-25mins where you'll find a vibrant high-street and lots of great restaurants/bars including the very popular Boxpark and Ikea is only a 15min walk away too! Croydon has great transport links to central London and is only a short train ride to Gatwick, so it is very well placed for all your transport needs.
