This lovely stretch of mature woodland includes numerous oak, ash and beech trees, some of which have Preservation Orders. It includes part of the historic coach drive from the rear of the Old Rectory in Littleham to the Yeo Valley Road with stone entrance pillars. It slopes towards a living stream on the southern boundary and is rich in flora and fauna. A wonderful amenity and conservation area.
The land extends in all to approximately 10 acres.
