If you lived here…

You'll step through your stained glass door into your hallway and find your lounge on the left. It's almost 160 square foot of sumptuous space, lit by a large bay window framing leafy views. There's a striking modern feature fireplace serving as a fine centrepiece and beautifully ornate ceiling moulding overhead. Along the hall you'll find the door to your 130 square foot cellar. Next to that is a versatile space, 110 square foot with plenty of built-in storage, this is presently used as a sixth bedroom but could be used as a further reception room.

Past the downstairs WC is your kitchen, perfectly laid out with plenty of pristine white units. White metro tiling offsets the cool mint green walls. This flows into your elegant 170 square foot dining room. French doors swing out onto your adorable south facing garden, with a large paved area – ideal for entertaining al fresco – giving way to neat lawn and overlooked by greenery.

Upstairs you'll find your eighty square foot bathroom. There's a traditional white suite, a dedicated shower, and twin windows for lots of natural light. Next is your second bedroom, 135 square foot with an outsize bay window. Back along the hall is your third bedroom of 110 square foot. To the front you'll find your fourth bedroom, an impressive 225 square foot space set to the same high standard as the rest of this exceptional property. The walls are a serene neutral and there's soft carpet underfoot.

Upstairs once more you'll come to your fifth bedroom, ideal as a study or nursery, leading to 135 square foot of eaves storage. Your sixth bedroom is 185 square foot, with a Juliet balcony so you can fully enjoy the view. Next to that is a versatile space, 110 square foot with plenty of built-in storage.

Walthamstow Central station is under five minutes' walk from you, and the Victoria Line can see you to Kings Cross in around a quarter of an hour. Or you can hop on the Overground to Liverpool Street across the marshes in twenty minutes. A five minute walk will also take you into the centre of the Village with its superb choice of pubs and eateries, all accessible on cycle-safe streets.

A word from the owner.....

"We're moving out of London and there will be much we'll miss about both the house and Walthamstow. It's been a joy to be so close to The Village, a particular delight in the summer when we have enjoyed al fresco dinning outside the Tapas, Eat17, etc. Living just 3-4 minutes from Walthamstow station has been liberating, whether to hop onto the Victoria line or the overground for quick access to central London. It’s also very easy to escape to Epping Forest, which is magnificent, and there are many parks and other green spaces nearby. The house itself feels spacious, yet cosy, and we love the high ceilings and period features. The patio is great for entertaining, and we’ve enjoyed many BBQs in the sunny, south-facing garden. When we moved here, we received a very warm welcome from our neighbours, and we’ve made many excellent friends on this street. This has been a wonderful family home and we’ve enjoyed both the comfort of the house and the wide range of amenities on our doorstep."
