Back inside and your kitchen comes dressed in white with a full complement of integrated appliances, while head upstairs for your master bedroom, a pristine solid double with tranquil garden views. Your bathroom's blessed with floor to ceiling white metro tiles plus tub, shower and heated towel rail, while lastly bedroom two is an extremely generous seventy square foot double with its own separate storage room plus access to the balcony via sliding doors; quite the spot for morning coffee.

You're enviably located in the beating heart of Walthamstow Village here, with an enviable range of bars, restaurants and foodie pubs just around the corner. From the elegantly eccentric decor, open fires and friendly cats at The Nag's Head, to the brewing vats at Pillars Brewery, the mouth-watering tapas at The Orford Saloon, fine vintages at Parish Wines, the artisanal gins at Mother's Ruin, craft beer paired with cheeses from all over the world at Froth & Rind and much, much more. There's something for every taste right on your doorstep.

What else?

- Wood Street is just seven minutes' walk and an ever-evolving destination in its own right; be sure to check out the Aladdin's cave of a vintage market and The Duke's mouth-watering range of burgers.
- Current and prospective parents will be pleased to know you have no fewer than twenty four primary/secondary schools in a one mile radius alone, all rated 'Good' or better by Ofsted and seven of which have been deemed 'Outstanding'.
- With the loft space so far unconverted, you have plenty of scope to develop this impressive property still further, potentially adding your own whole new storey (subject to the usual permissions).

A word from the owner....

"The location is incredible - Walthamstow Village must be the best kept secret in London! It has just the right mix of pubs, restaurants and shops along with great parks and playgrounds for the little ones. Some of our particular favourites include the Castle (great for Sunday roasts) and Froth and Rind (which serves a cracking flat white and some of the best cheese toasties you'll ever have!).
We have loved living in Alander Mews - close to everything but incredibly quiet and peaceful and with a great sense of community. Being so close to the Victoria Line is incredibly convenient for central London. The house itself is perfect for hosting parties and raising children (we've done both!) and we will really miss it here!"
