We are also close to Crystal Palace Park, where they have lots of events on throughout the year.
We have great transport links from Thornton Heath. There are trains into Balham, where you can pick up the Northern Line and link with other underground lines. There are trains to London Victoria, Clapham Junction, London Bridge, West & East Croydon, Sutton, Epsom, Watford Junction, Milton Keynes, Shepherds Bush and Olympia. From East & West Croydon, you can also pick up the Tram that can take you to Ikea Purley Way, Wimbledon, Beckenham Junction, Elmers End or Bromley.
When we were house hunting we visited so many properties and they were so small and unkept and not as advertised, totally wasting our time. When we came across this house, it had what we were looking for at that time and we have thoroughly enjoyed 31 years and celebrated many different family events here. It is now time for us to move on to greener pastures Furth afield.
