We saw this house in 2006 and fell in love! We have lived here happily ever since. We love the huge open living space, great sized rooms and the sunny garden.

Local shops and post office are almost next door, and Croydon shopping and Crystal Palace Park and restaurants are a few minutes' drive or a short bus ride away. It's convenient for public transport too !

Our children go to the popular Downsview primary school, and we are within catchment of a number of other great schools. One thing we really appreciate as a family is all the great outdoor activities within walking distance, from the fabulous bmx track in Norbury Park to the whimsical fairy houses in the Spa Hill Woods, and a playground and dog walking space just five minutes' walk away.
