We have lived here for the past three years, having moved from hackney, we didn’t really truly know the neighbourhood and took a bit of a leap of faith. We love the area now. There is a fantastic community atmosphere in the area and people really look out for each other, we really know all our neighbours and have made some life long friends being here. The flat is really a perfect spot to get to Walthamstow and Leytonstone. We basically live in Walthamstow village, the castle pub has become our local and Hucks the coffee shop is our daily coffee break. If you fancy something different Francis road is a short walk away too. Hollow ponds is only a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive which is great for dog walking and a stroll, it does feel like you are in the country and you can walk for miles if you want to. We have put a lot into this flat and it really has become our family home. Being bigger than most flats in the area its perfect for a couple or growing family. We will be incredibly sad to leave and I know we will regret it, but this place is going to make someone else incredibly happy and fall in love with the area as much as we did.
