Pair of cottages, now one, probably late C18, with adjoining mid-C19 workshop. Cobble and brick with slate roof. 2-unit plan with gable chimney stacks. 2 very low storeys at the front, with continuous single- storey outshut under cat-slide roof behind. Plain doorway right of centre, and 2 roughly square windows on each floor, 3 with sliding sashes. Right gable wall is of cobble up to eaves level, rendered above.
