Walthamstow Village has the good looks of a conservation area with great pubs, restaurants and even a brewery literally minutes walk from the flat giving a real 'cafe society' feel to the area. Private parking (including visitor bays) and an outdoor space have both been huge bonuses. Transport links are outstanding with a 5-10 minute walk to Walthamstow Central tube (Victoria Line), overland (via Hackney Downs to Liverpool St) and bus station. Walthamstow Queens Road is also a 10m walk and you can be on the A406, M11 and A12 within minutes if you feel the need to get out of town for a break. As a single woman I felt very secure both in terms of the building and it's layout and in the area itself. I hope you'll be as happy there as I have been!"
