Why buy this home?

Nestled down a quiet no-through road is this four bedroom family home. Built in 2006 by Connolly Homes, it offers modern living in an area predominantly made up of 1930's houses.

At the front of the house is the separate kitchen. It has under counter space for three appliances and has a built-in electric oven and gas hob. The boiler is housed in one of the kitchen cupboards and was replaced in 2019. Hive has been installed meaning the heating can be controlled via your mobile phone. The white tiled floor continues out into the entrance hall and the WC. There is also an under stairs storage cupboard; ideal for coat and shoes.

At the back of the house is the lounge/diner. Due to its l-shape it's easy to create a separate dining area as well as a cosy living area. Double doors lead out to the relatively private rear garden which was landscaped in 2020 to provide an extended patio area and new fencing throughout. From here there is also side access which leads to the garage and driveway.

On the first floor and three bedrooms and a bathroom. The second bedroom is a very comfortable size as it stetches the entire width of the house. This means there is plenty of space for wardrobes without sacrificing bed space, and also means parents could easily use this room if they wanted to be on the same floor as young children. The third bedroom is a double and the fourth a single meaning it could be used as a home office. A family bathroom serves these bedrooms and is mostly tiled with an overhead shower.

The top floor feels like a self-contained space of its own. The bedroom is a very generous size and thanks to the build-in wardrobes you could easily utilise a variety of layouts and have a dedicated living area. The generous size is mirrored in the shower room which is very bright and airy. There is a double shower cubicle and plenty of space to install a bath should you wish.

More about the location...

Bradville has a very pretty section of the Grand Union Canal and the old railway walk which runs 3 miles from Wolverton to Newport Pagnell. The line, which closed in 1963, has been converted to a red way for cyclists and pedestrians. Along the route, you will pass over an aqueduct on the canal and through old bridges and platforms from the old railway as well as boat moorings and fishing spots. On this walk you will be able to see the distinctive landmark; the Bradwell windmill.

There are three play parks, two shops, a Community Centre and local pub called Halley's Comet. There are also two schools; Pepper Hill and Stanton School. Secondary Schooling is provided by Stantonbury International School.
