When we brought this house we knew it was the house for us, we loved the big spacious garden and the open fields beyond, we moved from a Farm in Oxford so it was important to us to have outdoor space. The high ceilings in the house is what captured us initially and the fact the house was set so far back from the road we didn't feel we were overlooked.

The heart of the house is definitely the kitchen and dining space, we spend so much time in this room as a family, the children love to sit at the breakfast bar whilst I cook. It is great time to catch up on the day. The log fire makes it a cosy feel good space.
We rarely move into the lounge until much later in the evening once the children have gone to bed.

Spending the summer in lockdown opened up the perfect opportunity for us to start a project. We decided to build some alternative living space in the garden due to my eldest daughter moving back home with her partner. We spent endless evenings in the garden sat on the patio watching the progress of the build whilst enjoying bbq's and alfresco dining.

We will miss the location of this house has it has been great especially whilst the girls have been growing up, they have all walked to work school and participated in various village activities over the years. If you fancy leaving the car behind you can walk into Leamington town centre in under half an hour the property boasts lots of great walks and rolling fields within close proximity. The village pub is a proper pub pub which is a bonus and has a lovely family feel good vibe. We also have amenities a stones throw from our house which is very convenient.
