vendor's comments We purchased the property as we loved the area, and it was a big plus having Tilgate park on our doorstep. When we purchased the property, it needed a lot of work, but we saw the great potential and we wanted a project. The property was solid and structurally sound and represented a great option for our first home. However, the biggest positive from living here is our lovely neighbours on both sides. Always happy to stop and talk and will do anything for you. The neighbours around us all know each other and have been in the street for years, so it was fantastic for us when settling in.
