"We've loved living within a 5 minute walk of Orford Road with its lovely, independent shops and restaurants. Eat 17 (and the incredible Spar), the Castle and Hucks are some of our favourites. We've also spent quite few Saturdays in Lloyd Park trying out all the different food stalls and popping into the William Morris GalLery.
We've taken full advantage of all the surrounding stretches of Epping Forest, often popping out for a lunchtime stroll in the Hollow Ponds or Upper Walthamstow.
Being so close to the station and multiple bus routes has made it very easy to get around London."
