The double bedroom is a perfect size; it has more space than I know what to do with. The whole flat benefits from great lighting due to the size of the windows too. The balcony is great for outdoor space and so too the communal garden. I have recently renovated the bathroom and have installed a new kitchen when I first moved in a few years ago, it's in great condition.

The neighbourhood is super quiet and the neighbours are friendly. The local vicinity is filled with shops, parks/green areas and the transport options are second to none.
