The fantastic location has is everything you need right on the doorstep, from a Central Line station and excellent schools, to Epping Forest and children's activities such as a karate club and ctpa drama school.

Just a 5-minute walk from the central line, and equidistant from Epping Forest, it was the fantastic location of the property which first brought me here. It has always felt very safe and I have had no problems walking home at night by myself. There are restaurants, facilities and good state and private schools all within walking distance, with a Waitrose at the bottom of the road.

I will miss being able to step out of the front door and have so many amenities on my doorstep. There are hairdressers; beauticians; a great tennis club down the road; and a choice of good gyms. The neighbours are also nice and there is a wonderful sense of community, with a Christmas fair every year.
