This house made a very happy home for a young couple for four years before work made it necessary to relocate. The rooms feel spacious with their high ceilings with some interesting period features. The kitchen/diner is large and great for entertaining with a handy utility room at the back. Outside the back yard/garden is easy to maintain and facing south west is quite a sun trap. Many a BBQ has been enjoyed with friends in the summer. The bathroom is huge with a handy storage cupboard. The top floor attic bedroom is quite spacious with fantastic views over Nottingham.
