" My 6.5 years at the property has been wonderful. The community spirit both in Walthamstow and on Brettenham Road itself is fantastic. The road has a Whatsapp Group where we all look out for one another. We have both made life long friends on this road instead of "just neighbourly" acquaintances. It is perfectly located, just that far enough away from the bustle of Walthamstow Central, but an easy 15 minute walk from the station and the shops. Fantastic local pubs and eateries, our favourites being The Dog & Duck and The Collab.
