We tend to walk everywhere, and you can be in the North Laine or at Brighton Station in 10-minutes on foot. The beach is also within easy walking distance and The Level Park is on the doorstep, so we have never missed having a garden of our own. Devonian Court is really well-built so it is very quiet, and the neighbours are lovely so we will miss it here.'
