I was immediately keen on the flat due to a number of practical reasons, but the main thing and the most fun reason was how close the place was to Sandown beach, the high street and the pier!

It's a fabulous place to live, especially throughout the summer months, though you will be besieged with friends and family wanting to stay over!

I also loved how bright and sunny the rooms are, and it just had a lovely, warm, cosy feel to the flat.
