I have lived in this property for over 12 years and 30 years plus in this area because I absolutely love the people, location, transport links and I am only selling because I have a family and we have outgrown our little nest and need to upsize.
My two daughters and I have made beautiful memories and friendships in the area. They have been able to attend outstanding schools and access so many facilities within walking distance such as Vauxhall park, swimming pool, farm and adventure playgrounds.
There is a vast array of restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets all within a 1-5 minute walk. Bus stop is 1 minute away and takes you into central London within 15 mins. Stockwell tube (northern/Victoria lines) is 5 minute walk and Vauxhall tube (Victoria line) and mainline train within a 7 minute walk. On nice days I walk to my office in Victoria which takes 20 minutes door to door.
Light bright airy flat with beautiful south facing balcony overlooking pretty communal gardens which allows light into the flat until dark, located in small building with very friendly neighbours, most of whom have lived here for over 15 years. Fantastic location for work travel or play because it is so centrally located.
There will also be the new Nine Elms tube station opening in the next couple of months too.
