Comments from the Owner:

What do you love most about your home? The flat has a great sense of space and light. The sun hits the living room for most of the day creating a fantastic area for us to spend time relaxing, working or entertaining friends. Between the large cupboards, utility room and shed there is loads of storage space for everything. The shed has been particularly useful to lock away our bikes securely.

Why are you moving? After many happy years we are having to reluctantly leave the flat in search of a second bedroom for family planning.

What do you love about the area? Being new to the area we have really enjoyed settling in. Your new neighbours are friendly and always make the time for a chat. We've enjoyed getting to know them.

You're a 5 minute walk From both a Tesco and Co-op so picking up groceries or everyday necessities is really convenient. If you'd rather eat out then you're spoilt for choice locally. Our favourite places are Il Girasole (Italian), The Green Curry (Thai) and Amrutha Lounge (Vegan), which all offer amazing food with an independent charm.

Within that same stone's throw there are a number of fantastic pubs that we've enjoyed stumbling home from in the evening. We'd recommend trying them all for their own unique characteristics, but our favourite for an after work drink has always been The Groveners Arms. For something softer we've also been spoilt for choice by the number of local cafes which provide great coffee and food with their own individual character.

Having been new to the area I personally found the local CrossFit gym (District) to have been a great way to meet people and make friends. The coaching is fantastic, as are the people, and it is one of the things that I will miss the most.

Last but not least we have to call out how easy it is to get around both London and the rest of the country. There are several bus routes at your doorstep which are useful to get to Clapham, Tooting or Putney; Southfields gets you onto the District Line, and Earlsfield Station will quickly get you into Central London or out to the countryside.
