I bought as a first time buyer and this has been the perfect first time property. It has two spacious double bedrooms and reception room combining a dinning and living area which looks out to a great communal green area.
The area is a great location, walking distance of Solihull town centre, bus and airport connections. There is Local shops, park, pub and take aways only a short walk away.
