Although when I purchased it in 2018, it was in dire need of modernisation, it was bright, much bigger than a standard 2 bed flat, quiet, a short walk to the station and I could easily park (for free). It ticked all my boxes and after spending a lot of money to bring it up to a high standard, i've spent 3 very happy years here. As someone that travels a lot, i've loved the easy commute to the station, and i've always felt safe leaving my flat/car for days on end empty, especially knowing my wonderful neighbours would keep me updated in our WhatsApp group.
