"We have really enjoyed living in this flat for the past 6 years. It's the first place we have lived in London where we've truly felt like part of a community. The flat is only a short walk into the village - a frequent journey for visits to Eat 17 for chicken burgers and the 'posh Spar' - and an equally short walk to Walthamstow Central for films at the Empire, a morning coffee and loaf of sourdough at Today Bread, plus a plethora of transport links
into town. But we will miss our large kitchen and open plan living space the most - great for both cosy nights in with an open fire and for entertaining, particularly in the summer when you can spill out into the garden (which has been an absolute godsend during lockdown!)."
