We will also miss looking out of the kitchen window of a night and seeing the streetlight shining on the leaves from the trees - it's such a pretty scene.

We have lots of shops local to us such as the Tesco's Express, the newly opened Lidls, lots of takeaway shops as well as a laundrette, convenience stores and a petrol station just down the road. If you have children, there are a whole array of nurseries, primary and secondary schools close by. We are also on top of Croydon town centre, bus stops, West Croydon train station/tram stop and East Croydon train station (the train from East Croydon will have you in London within 25 minutes)".
