"We have loved living in the coppermill area and it has been the perfect place to start a family. We have enjoyed having the lovely St James Park at the end of the road, with its well equiped playground and inviting green spaces perfect for summer picnics in the sun. We go on many long walks out into the Walthamstow marshes and wetlands, stopping off at the hidden gem Lighthaus cafe for coffee and cake on the way. St James Street has completely transformed since we moved here, with new coffee shops, bars and restaurants to choose from, as well as Crate which has become the social hub of the area. All the delights of Walthamstow are within easy reach, including the market, blackhorse road, multiple breweries, Walthamstow village and the green spaces of Epping Forest.
