Our chic Gidlow Lane Air BnB apartments are centrally located in the heart of Wigan, a short drive away from the M6. The grand arcade is just a 2-minute drive and 5-minute walk from Wigan town centre, here you will find a number of eateries and shops with over 40 retailers, you're sure to find all that you need. The Wigan North Western and Wallgate Train Stations are also within walking distance.

The space:
The apartments have been styled and kitted out with you in mind. All units include a fully equipped kitchen, which allows you to prepare your own meals. All rooms have an ample amount of storage and receive a generous amount of light.
It is perfect for a small group of travelling friends or for business trips for professionals, contractors or couples. The apartment has its own washing machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge etc.
To make sure you have everything you will need to make your stay as comfortable as possible, quality linen is included.

-Please bear in mind the following house rules are to create an enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. They are not aimed at the majority who will peacefully and respectfully enjoy our apartment, but at the handful who may cause issues. We have put significant work into creating a great space for you to enjoy and these house rules help to maintain this. -Please respect neighbouring apartments with quiet enjoyment between 10 pm and 8 am on weekdays.
-No pets are allowed unless stated otherwise in the Airbnb Listing. -We require additional terms and conditions to be signed for the protection of you, the guest and the property
-no smoking under any conditions. You may be charged £100 if there is the smell of cigarette smoke left after your stay or evidence of smoking is found. If smoking within the apartment/building is discovered during your stay, you will be asked to leave the apartment without any refund. If you are a smoker, Please ensure smoking takes place outside.
-Please take care of your keys, lost keys will be charged out at £200 due to the requirement to change locks for security reasons.
-strictly no parties. Our property is available for groups to book and enjoy respectfully but we do not tolerate misuse of the property for excessive noise/partying. We have noise decibel alarms in our properties to ensure no parties take place.
